腹腔再置管持续冲洗引流治疗消化道瘘 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨腹腔再置管持续冲洗引流治疗消化道瘘的疗效。方法:对13例消化道手术后并发消化道瘘患者进行营养支持的同时,经B超引导下再次腹壁戳口置入双套管进行持续腹腔冲洗引流。结果:13例中,12例经冲洗后瘘口自行愈合,无明显腹腔感染和脓毒症发生;1例十二指肠残端瘘经冲洗引流无效,再次开腹手术后痊愈。结论:腹腔再次置管持续冲洗引流是治疗术后消化道瘘的有效方法。
