摘要
为中小型模具厂设计了一种制造执行管理系统。介绍了模具相关信息共享、模具项目关键任务提醒与执行跟踪等功能及设计管理、工艺管理、生产调度管理等模块。建立了生产车间排产模型,仿真证明了这一排产模型在实际车间生产中的可行性。
An execution management system is designed for the small and medium-sized mould fac tory. The functions and the main modules of the system are introduced. The workshop scheduling model is set up. The simulation result shows that this scheduling model is practical in the actual workshop production.
