摘要
目的:观察中药熏洗疗法对痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌张力及踝关节活动度的影响。方法:痉挛型脑瘫患儿48例随机分为熏洗组和对照组各24例。熏洗组用中药熏洗、推拿和运动疗法,对照组除不用中药熏洗外其它治疗同熏洗组。结果:1个疗程结束后,两组患儿踝关节活动度恢复情况比较,熏洗组总有效率79.17%;对照组总有效率为66.67%。熏洗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患儿肌张力比较也有显著差异,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。3个疗程后两组疗效比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药熏洗能够明显降低痉挛型脑瘫患儿的肌张力,改善踝关节活动度,与对照组比较,可以明显缩短康复疗程。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese herb fumigation therapy on the motion of muscle tension and ankle -joint of children with spastic cerebral palsy （SCP）. Methods ：Select 48 children with spastic cerebral palsy,which were randomly divided into treatment groups （24cases）and control groups （24cases）. treatment groups were treated with Chinese herb fumigation, massage, exercise therapy; the control groups were treated the same except the fumigation of Chinese herb. Results ： After the first course of treatment, Comparing the two groups of the ankle joint activities,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 79. 17 percent; the control group was 66.67 percent. Effect of the treatment group is better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The muscle tension impact btween two groups is also Significantly, the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. After the third course of treatment, different effects between the two groups were not very marked. Conclusion ：Chinese herb fumigation can significantly reduced the muscle tension and can expand the ankle joint activity on children with spastic cerebral palsy, and also shorten the treatment course.
