摘要
针对知识管理系统特点,设计了一种定性和定量相结合的评价指标体系;并在该指标体系基础上,提出了一种改进的评价方法。
This paper designs a new index system for system evaluation against the characteristics of knowledge management system which combines qualitative index with quantitative index. Then, it gives an improved evaluation method based on the index system designed.
