化感物质对三七种子发芽影响的初步研究 被引量:19

摘要 运用室内培养皿生物测定方法,对三七的化感作用进行初步研究。结果表明,三七鲜根水浸提液及三七水培收集液对3种供试种子萌发存在明显的抑制作用;三七总苷在浓度低时对三七种子萌发有微小促进作用,随浓度升高,表现出对三七种子发芽的抑制作用。生物测试结果验证三七不宜连作。 Indoor petri dish bioassay was adopted to study allelopathy actions on Panas notoginseng(Burk F.Chen), The results showed that extracts of fresh Sanqi and collected nutritional water of Sanqi inhibited seed germination clearly, Panas notoginseng(Burk F.Chen)saponins increased trivially the seed germination at lower concentration and inhibited the germination of Sanqi seeds as the con- centration increased. It is verified through bioassay that Panas notoginseng(Burk F.Chen) is not fit for constant planting.
