摘要
近年来为降低民办学校的办学风险,民办教育领域开始尝试建立风险保障金制度。本文对民办教育风险保障金制度的实施情况进行介绍和分析,并且针对风险保障金制度存在的问题提出改进和完善建议。
The non-governmental higher education brings certain risks. In order to reduce the disadvantages of the risks, it is necessary to take effective measures. The risk security system of non-governmental higher education is one of them. The thesis makes a comprehensive and system analysis of the implementing situation of risk security system, and gives some proposal in order to perfect the risk security system.
