摘要
通过对后张法预应力现浇连续箱梁施工过程的详细描述,着重指出在现场施工中应注意的若干问题,并特别强调在地基处理、内模安装、钢筋钢绞线的安装、张拉压浆等施工过程中必须加强细节操作,也对施工中通常易出现的通病给予具体的分析,提出相应的解决办法,从而指导施工,确保工程质量。
Through the detailed description of the post-tensioned prestress cast-in-place continuous box girder construction process, the paper indicates several problems deserving attention in the field construction, especially emphasizes strengthening the operation about some details in subgrade disposal, the internal mold installation, the installation of steel cable and stretch mudjaeking. Meanwhile based on the detailed analysis of the common diseases, the solutions are put forward, which is conductive to directing construction so as to guarantee the engineering quality.
