摘要
目的:优选红花的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以红色素和黄色素为指标,考察渗漉流速、乙醇浓度、收集量对提取效率的影响。优选出红花的最佳提取条件。结果:红花的最佳提取条件为:用50%乙醇为溶媒,流速(1~3)ml·min-1·kg-1,收集渗漉液5倍量。结论:正交实验优选出的红花提取工艺科学、可行。
Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of the Flos Cartharni. Method:Use the orthogonal experiment method, to inspect the effect to withdraw efficiency by the leaking speed, the alcoholic degree, the gathering quantity, with the carthmidin and the saffloryyellow being the target. To optimize the best withdraw condition of the Flos Carthami. Result: The best withdraw condition for the Flos Carthami: 50 % alcohol as the solvent, the leaking speed with (1- 3) ml·min^-1·kg^-1, gathering 5 times of solution. Conclusion: Optimization of extraction technology of the Flos Carthami with orthogonal test was scientific and feasible.
