摘要
目的评价三维数字减影血管造影(3D—DSA)在出血性脑血管疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法对108例出血性脑血管疾病患者行常规脑血管数字减影造影(DsA)和3D—DSA检查,并比较应用普通数字减影血管造影患者和应用三维数字减影血管造影患者的资料和结果。结果应用二维数字血管造影发现动脉瘤68例,动静脉畸形19例;运用三维数字血管造影(3D—DsA)发现动脉瘤74例,19例动静脉畸形。结论三维数字减影血管造影提高了脑血管造影检查的准确性和可靠性,对动脉瘤、动静脉畸形的进一步治疗提供了更为丰富的信息,同时具有安全和操作方便等优点,有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the utility of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA)in the diagnosis of hemorrhagic cerebral vascular diseases. Methods 108 patients with hemorrhagic cerebral" vascular diseases underwent conventional DSA and 3D-DSA examination, and the information and results of patients using DSA were compared with those using 3D-DSA. Results 68 patients with intracranial aneurysm and 19 patients with arteriovenous malformation were found by using DSA, While 74 patients with intracranial aneurysm and 19 patients with arteriovenous malformation were found by using 3D-DSA. Conclusions 3D-DSA greatly enhances the accuracy and reliability of cerebral angiography examination and provides more information for the further treatment of aneurysm and AVM, at the same time, this method is safe and easy, and thus has very high clinicalvalue.
