中空与实芯聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝的成形与性能研究

摘要 采用X射线衍射和声速法等对PAN中空与实芯初生纤维和原丝进行对比研究。结果表明,中空初生纤维的形貌在凝固过程更容易保持,结晶度小于实芯初生纤维,但在后纺过程中增长较快,最终中空原丝的结晶度和取向度均高于实芯原丝;通过对两种原丝进行差示扫描量热和热失重分析表明,中空原丝经氧化炭化后碳收率较高。 In this paper, hollow and solid PAN fibers' formation and characterization are studied by X-ray diffraction and sound velocity methods. The results show that the configuration of hollow nascent fibers is easier to keep during the coagulation process than that of solid fibers. It's also found that the crystallinity of hollow nascent fibers is less than that of solid fibers, however, the growing speed of crystallization is faster during the after-spinning process, which leads to the crystallinity and orientation being higher than that of solid fibers. By using the DSC and TG analysis between hollow and solid PAN fibers, It's found that the carbon yield of hollow fibers is higher after the oxidation and carbonization process.
