摘要
生物活性玻璃作为生物材料的一种,由于其具有较高的生物活性、生物相容性和化学稳定性,在医药领域已经受到了越来越多的关注。介绍了生物活性玻璃的生物活性机理、应用以及制备方法。运用溶胶-凝胶法制备生物玻璃,不仅可以克服传统熔融法反应温度较高等缺点,还能够提高生物玻璃的生物活性,具有十分广阔的应用前景。
Bioactive glass(BG), one sort of bioactive materials, has attracted more and more interests in the medical field because of its high biological activating, biocompatibility and chemical stability. In this paper, the biological activity mechanism of bioactive glass is introduced. In addition, the application and preparation method of bioactive glass are also recommended. Using the gel-sol method to prepare BG, which can not only overcome the shortcoming of the traditional melting method, but also improve the biological activity, has a widel application prospect.
