摘要
利用大气等离子喷涂技术,在N80钢基体上制备纳米掺杂15%(质量分数)Al_2O_3/ZrO_2热障涂层。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等观察分析了纳米掺杂Al_2O_3/ZrO_2粉末及等离子喷涂涂层的组织形貌及结构。结果表明,Al_2O_3-ZrO_2等离子喷涂粉末是由表面被纳米球团粒子包覆的微米级粒子构成。粉末材料主要由α-Al_2O_3及稳定的四方相t-ZrO_2相及少量的(约5%)单斜相n-ZrO_2组成。纳米掺杂等离子喷涂Al_2O_3-ZrO_2涂层的微观组织形貌复杂,存在着纳米柱状晶薄壳内包裹着微米级柱状晶、未熔化的ZrO_2陶瓷粒子嵌镶在晶体内部的独特晶内结构。涂层主要由α-Al_2O_3及亚稳四方相t′-ZrO_2相构成。
Nanometer doped Al2O3/ZrO2 thermal barrier coating is prepared by ash plasma spraying method on N80 steel base. The structure and the phase of nanometer doped Al2O3/ZrO2 plasma sprayed powder and ceramics coating are investigated by modern meterial analysis means such as SEM and XRD etc. The results show that the nanomater doped plasma sprayed powder is composed of micrometer particles which surface is enwrapped by nanometer regiment particles. The phase of powder is composed of α-Al2O3, stable tetragonal phase t-ZrO2 and some(about 5 %) monoclinic phase m-ZrO2. The microstructure of nanometer doped Al2O3/ZrO2 plasma sprayed coating is complicated. The particular structure includes cylindrical micrometer crystal enwraped in putamina consisting of nanometer ones, and unmelted ZnO2 oartical studded in the crystal. The coating consists of α-Al2O3 and metastahle tetragonal phase t'-ZrO2.
