摘要
蒙古南戈壁成矿带位于蒙古国南戈壁省,该区处于华北板块与西伯利亚板块俯冲碰撞带,属阿尔泰造山带的东延部分,为戈壁—天山构造带与戈壁—阿尔泰构造带的交汇部位。区内火山—岩浆发育,受NE向区域构造控制。自OyuTolgoi特大型斑岩型铜金矿床发现后,该区受到世界矿业界人士的关注。2007年笔者参加了国内矿业公司在该带的找矿工作,发现了具有斑岩型铜钼矿勘查前景的哈查瓦其铜矿点,初步确定了该成矿带铜矿资源的巨大潜力。
South Gobi metallogenic belt is located in the South Gobi Province of Mongolia. The area is the east-ward extension of Ahai Orogen and the convergence of Gobi-Tianshan structural belt and Gobi-Ahai structural belt, where the subduction and collision zone is. The occurrence of volcano and magma are controlled by regional structure of NE direction. This area is becoming more attractive since Oyu Tolgoi supper-large porphyry copper deposit is discovered. Hachawaqi Cu mineral occurrence, 40 km to Oyu Tolgoi deposit in the north-east direction is within South Gobi metallogenic belt. The features of porphyry copper deposit in this belt are introduced briefly.
