摘要
分析了电液伺服单元产生非线性的主要原因及对其稳定性的影响,同时进行了实验研究,得到的结论对生产制造电液伺服单元和设计控制器具有实际指导意义。
In this article, the main reasons which lead to the electro hydraulic sever unit＇s unlinear characteristics was analysis, simulate the effect for stable characteristic, getting some useful conclusions from principle view. For the manufacture of the electro hydraulic sever unit and the design of control instrument, this article can provide some guiding.
