摘要
运用虚拟样机技术,可以大大简化机械产品的设计开发过程,大幅度缩短产品开发周期和降低开发费用,提高产品的系统级性能,获得最优化和创新的设计产品。文中将虚拟样机技术用于断路器操作机构的运动仿真,采用优化方法确定机构系统合闸能量,使储能弹簧在合闸过程释放的能量最小,同时满足机构过死点,对所需的储能弹簧进行优化设计。
The application of virtual prototype technology can greatly simplify process of mechanical product development, shorten circle of product development, decrease cost as well as get the most optimized systematical capability of product. In this paper, virtual prototyping technology is applied to operating mechanism movement simulation of a circuit breaker, using the optimized method determination the mechanism system closing energy, the energy released (During spring reclosing in the energy minimum and simultaneously meet the dead bodies, to optimize the design the stored energy spring of required.
