双江口水电站白湾隧道施工

摘要 双江口水电站为大渡河干流梯级水电开发的上游控制性工程。拦河大坝为堆石坝。在前期厂内交通工程工期要求紧,且隧洞埋深大、地应力高、岩爆情况突出的条件下,白湾隧洞施工中,施工单位进行持续爆破试验,及时调整爆破参数,不断优化爆破设计;采取在围岩表层高压喷洒流水降温,并加大通风,钻设大孔径应力释放孔,超前应力释放爆破,水胀式锚杆,喷射钢纤维混凝土等措施控制岩爆;取得了较好的效果。为以后同类工程施工提供一定的经验和借鉴。 The Shuangjiangkou hydropower station is an upper control project of cascade hydropower development in the main stream of Dadu River. Its dam across the river is roekfill dam. Under the conditions of short construction period of service road project, deep buried tunnel, high ground stresses and particular rock blasting, the construction units conducted continuous blasting tests, timely adjusted blasting parameters and optimized blasting design. They also adopted spraying water to the surface of surrounding rocks for decreasing temperature, increased ventilation volume, drilled large hole for releasing stresses, used water expanding anchorage rod, and injecting steel-fiber concrete to control rock blasting, All these had achieved good effectiveness, which can ,be used for reference in similar projects.
