摘要
文章阐述了研究政府投资项目集成管理成功标准的意义,分析了目前政府投资项目管理中存在的问题及原因,进一步探讨了构建政府投资项目集成管理成功标准的理论框架问题。
Starting with a discussion on the importance of developing standards for successful integrated management of government-invested projects, this paper analyzes the problems in the present management of government-funded projects and probes into the underlying reasons. It further addresses the theoretical framework for development of such standards.
