摘要
体育教师改变与课程改革密切相关,是课程改革取得成功的内在动力。在课程实施中,既要妥善管理实施的"步伐",处理好体育教师渐进性改变和根本性改变的关系,又要从专业、资源、制度和文化入手为体育教师提供必要的支持,引领其改变的方向。大学体育教师与学生的关系往往是一种教学相长的关系。大学体育教师在教学过程中可以得到精神上的回报和学术上的收获;在科研中可以不断发现新知,克服职业倦怠。他们要想取得杰出的成就,就应努力追求以学问为乐趣的境界,以学术为志业,以做学问为生存方式。
The physical education teachers' development is closed related to curriculum reform, which is the inner motive for its success. During the implementation of curriculum reform, we should not only properly manage its pace so as to handle the relationship well between the teachers' gradual and fundamental variations, but also support these teachers with specialized field, resource, system and culture to lead them developing correctly. The teaching benefits both the teachers and the students alike, in which the teachers were reward in mentality and academy. They can continuously find new knowledge in science study, and overcome the professional tiredness. If the physical education teachers in colleges and universities want to achieve outstanding successes, they should try to pursue the realm of taking learning as interest, academy as career and engagement in scholarship as living style.
