摘要
列举了造成数控机床运动误差的主要来源，给出了各主要运动误差来源对应的特征曲线。在此基础上进行了综合误差的诊断研究，提出了可用于综合误差诊断的数学方法，并进行了大量的仿真研究，得到了较为满意的结果。
The main motion error resources of NC machine tools are described. The corresponding characteristic patterns of main motion error resources are given. A mathematics method is put forward which can be used to diagnose the motion error resources of NC machine tools.
