摘要
海运冷藏集装箱的节能问题日益引起人们的关注,集装箱节能可以从冷机机组和箱体维护结构两个方面综合考虑。本文是在实验室条件下,通过模拟和理论计算,采用变频技术,利用高绝热保温材料真空绝热板对集装箱箱体结构进行改造,在不影响箱体安全的情况下尽量减少漏热量,并根据集装箱箱内温度场的分布情况选择合理的货物堆放方式,可以达到有效节能的目的。
Energy-saving of marine reefer containers has attracted more and more attention. It may be considered from refrigerating plant and container body structure. This paper proves by simulation and theoretical calculation that under laboratory condition, effective energy-saving can be achieved by adopting frequency convention technique, reforming container body structure by means of high-insulation material, vacuum heat-insulating panel, to reduce heat leakage to the least extent without affecting the body safety, and selecting rational cargo stacking scheme according to the distribution of temperature field in the containers.
