摘要
制备了一种由纳米Fe2O3为主要原料的口服磁共振胃肠造影剂。研究了不同Fe2O3浓度对磁共振成像的影响,并且对该造影剂进行了动物急性毒性测试,以及活体咒加权像实验,结果表明:该造影剂无明显急性毒性,可清晰勾画胃肠道,对胃肠道病变的诊断有较高的临床价值。
A kind magnetic Fe2O3 MRI negative contrast agent was prepared. The effect of Fe2O3 of different concentration on MRI was studied. The contrast agent was selected for the acute toxicity and MR imaging contrast test. The results indicate that there was no obvious toxicity for this contrast agent, and the agent could display gastrointestinal clearly. This contrast agent is of high value in clinical practice to diagnose for gastrointestinal.
