摘要
为改善环氧固化物的韧性,采用液态端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)增韧环氧树脂制成含CTBN嵌段的环氧树脂预聚物,再加入其他助剂及固化剂制备环氧胶。实验表明,CTBN增韧E-51的最佳反应条件为:温度(125±1)℃、催化剂三苯基瞵(TPP)0.2%、反应时间80 min。在此条件下,CTBN用量每增加5%,反应时间延长约20min。
In order to improve the toughness of cured products of epoxy resin, the liguid carboxyl terminated butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer(CTBN) was adopted to toughen the epoxy resin to prepare the epoxy resin prepolymer containing CTBN blocks, and then added other additives and curing agents to prepare the epoxy resin adhesives. The experiment showed that the best reaction condition of toughening epoxy resin (E-51) with CTBN is as follows:reac- tion temperature 125℃ ± 1℃, reaction time 80 minutes and content of catalyst triphenyl phosphine (TPP) 0.2 wt. %. In this case, each additional 5 wt. % of CTBN, the reaction time need to extend for about 20 minutes.
