摘要
将分形关联维数应用到舰用主冷凝器水位调节系统的故障诊断中,在实验中设置了正常工作状态和故障状态,通过数据采集面板采集了每种状态下的压力信号,对在所采集的信号进行小波包分解消噪的基础上,计算各压力信号的关联维数。实验结果分析表明,故障压力信号的关联维数高于正常信号的关联维数,可以作为故障发生与否的定量判据。
This paper applies fractal correlation dimension to the fault diagnosis of the water level regulator of the navy main condenser. During the research experiment, normal condition and fault condition are setted,and the preesure signal are collected through the panel of date collected. First of all,the signal would be decomposed and denoised by the wavelet packet, and then the correlation dimension of pressure signal would be calculated. The calculated results show that the correlation dimension of fault signal is higher than that of normal signal. This conclusion can be a good quantitative evidence of whether fault occurs or not.
