摘要
论述了研究与开发海洋的重要意义,介绍了当今国际上进行海洋监测的主要方法,指出我国已有的相关技术条件,以及尚需进一步努力解决的问题。
In this paper the importance about ocean expedition and ocean exploitation had been dis-cussed,main techniques used for ocean inspection, corresponding development in our country, and suggestions for future researches in this field had been given.
