利用煤矸石生产白炭黑和氢氧化铝的研究 被引量:18

摘要 介绍了工业固体废物——煤矸石的现状以及综合利用情况,研究了一种新的综合利用煤矸石生产化工产品——白炭黑和氢氧化铝的技术。该方法成本低、能耗低,副产物价值高,无废渣、废水、废气产生,煤矸石的分解率高,并回收催化剂反复使用,为煤矸石的高价值利用开辟了一条新的途径,可以使煤矸石固体废物的处理达到无害化、减量化、资源化的综合利用要求。 In this paper, the present condition of the industrial solid coal gangue and its composifive use are produced and technical conditions for preparing industrial chemicals from coal gangne are studied. This method costs low and consume less energy and the side- product worths high. In the process of production, no waste gas, waste water and waste residue are created, the decomposition rate of coal gangne is high. The raw material price is low and recover catalyst can be used again and again. So this study pioneeried a new path to product high - value industrial chemicals from the coal gangue and can make the coal gangue attain a discard harmless ram, reduce quantity to turn, the recycling make use of which is significant to the protection ecosystem environment and the realization of sustainable development target.
