摘要
基于婚姻家庭权益公益与私益之糅合,行政救济所兼具的补偿与惩罚一体化特征及责任力度的中庸之态,弥补了民事救济及刑事救济在婚姻家庭关系中的局限性,在婚姻家庭领域发挥着独特的作用。
In view of the mixture of public interest and individual interest among the interests of marriage and family, the integration of compensation and punishment in administrative relief and its reasonable liability has made up the limitation of civil and criminal relief in the relationship of marriage and family. It has played a unique role in the field of marriage and family.
