摘要
党的十七大报告中提出“建设生态文明”。要使生态文明观念在全社会树立。笔者以为，全面建设小康和谐社会，应构建与生态文明相适应的生态旅游文化。
The 17th Congress of the Party calls for the Environmental Preservation, and that such awareness should be established in the entire society. The author believes that in order to build the ＂Comparatively Well-Off Society＂ and a harmonious society, an Eco-Tourist culture which is compatible with the effort of the environmental preservation is a necessity.
