摘要
阐述了中小企业的融资现状,分析了中小企业融资困难形成的原因,提出改善中小企业融资外部环境因素和自身发展的建议:加强中小企业信用建设、完善中小企业信用担保体系,并通过改善金融服务、制定战略方案来提升市场竞争能力。
In this paper, we elaborated the status of capital raising in small and medium enterprises, analyzed the reasons why capital raising in small and medium enterprises was difficult. Also, we gave some suggestions on improving the external environment and making self-development, as follows： To strengthen the building of small and medium enterprises credit, improve the credit guarantee system for small and medium enterprises and through improving financial services and making a good strategy, we can enhance our market competency of enterprises.
