阿卡波糖对糖耐量减低患者血清C反应蛋白的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察糖耐量减低(IGT组)患者应用阿卡波糖治疗前后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化。方法测空腹血糖、口服75g葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),筛选出IGT40例,糖耐量正常(NGT组)15例。对40例IGT患者进行为期12周的随机双盲、安慰剂对照、阿卡波糖100mg/d干预治疗试验。结果①IGT组血清CRP水平比NGT组明显增高(P<0.01);②IGT治疗组患者应用阿卡波糖治疗12周后,血清CRP水平从(5.58±0.82)mg/L下降到(4.78±0.53)mg/L(P<0.01);安慰剂组从(5.65±0.82)mg/L下降到(5.61±0.72)mg/L(P>0.05)。结论①糖耐量减低时,血清CRP水平已经升高;②IGT患者应用阿卡波糖治疗后,随着糖代谢的改善,血清CRP水平也下降。
