摘要
张仲景在《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中广泛使用了生姜,2部书中共计使用生姜的方有68首,在这些方中生姜主要与桂枝、大枣、半夏、吴茱萸等药配伍,有辛温解表、调和营卫、补益脾胃、温化痰饮、消痞除满、和胃降逆、温通阳气、温散水邪、温里散寒、温通血脉、解毒等多方面的功用,值得我们学习借鉴。
Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens was widely used in Shanghanlun and Jinguiyaolue. There are 68 prescriptions which contain Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens in the two books. In the two books Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens mainly combinated with Ramulus Cinnamoni,Fructus Jujubae,Rhizoma PineUiae and Fruetus Evodiae. It has many functions, such as releasing the exterior with pungent-warm,harmonizing the nutrient and defense,tonifying the spleen and the stomach, warming and resolving phlegm and yin, relieving distension and fullness, harmonizing the stomach to direct qi downward, warming and activating yang - qi, warming yang to relieve fluid -retention syndrome,warming the interior to dissipate cold,warming promoting blood and meridian circulation and removing toxic substance. That＇s all worthy our studying.
