摘要 将苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)、高胶粉(High Glue Powder)和N-苯基马来酰亚胺-苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物通过熔融共混的方法制备了高耐热抗冲击ABS合金。首先通过调节SAN与HBS的质量比,选择了合适的ABS基体树脂;在此基础上,进一步研究有机硅及IP的用量对ABS合金力学性能和耐热性能的影响。结果表明:基体树脂SAN/HBS的共混质量比以70:30为宜;少量有机硅的加入,大幅提高了合金的缺口冲击强度,合金的耐热性略有下降;IP的加入,大大改善了合金的耐热性。 High heat resistant and impact resistant acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) alloys were prepared from styrene-acrylonitrile (S/AN) copolymer, high glue powder (HGP) and N-phenylmaleimide- styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer by means of melt blending. Suitable ABS matrix resins was chosen by adjusting the mass ratio of S/AN and HGP first, then the effects of silicone and N-phenylmaleimide- styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer on the mechanical properties and thermal resistance of ABS alloys were studied. The results showed the reasonable proportion of S/AN and HGP Was 70/30. The notched impact strength of the alloys was improved by the addition of a little amount of silicone, but the heat resistance of the alloy decreased slightly. The heat resistance of alloy was greatly improved by the addition of N-phenylmaleimide- styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer.
