摘要
改革开放三十年来,农民工群体对促进我国社会经济持续发展、推动城市化进程做出了重要贡献,并仍发挥着不可替代的重要作用。但农民工养老保险却还没有完全建立起来,不但损害了农民工的切身利益,而且也不利于社会稳定。通过解读我国农民工养老保险建立中的现实困难,进而在民生利益视角下探析我国农民工养老保险的本质,并从政府主体、企业主体和农民工主体的多元主体互促协调的分析进路下探索我国农民工养老保险问题的对策设计。
Reform and opening - up for 30 years, the groups of peasant laborer, promoting the sustainable development on society and economy of China and the process of urbanization, made important contributions, and still played an irreplaceable important role. However, old - age insurance of peasant laborer has still not fully established, not only it damage the vital interests of farmers, but also is not good for social stability. Through the practical difficulties in which old - age insurance of peasant laborer has established, we try to analysis the essence of the old - age insurance of peasant laborer in the perspective of the interests of the people＇ s livelihood, and design the stratagems for that difficulties by analyzing the multiple coordination of the subjects on government, enterprises and peasant laborer. It will be an important realistic significance to achieve a harmonious society on protecting rights of peasant laborer, easing social conflicts and promoting the coordination of social interests.
