摘要
建设社会主义新农村是落实科学发展观,统筹城乡经济社会发展,解决"三农"问题,全面建设小康社会的重大战略举措,关系到我国经济和社会发展的全局。从我国的实际情况来看,只有大力加强小城镇的建设,加快城市化进程,减少农村人口,才能最终完成新农村建设的目标和任务。
Building socialism new countryside is strategic action of constructing harmorious society, carrying out the scientific development concept, planing the city and countryside economic society development, solving ＂three agriculture＂ question. Looking from our country＇s actual situation, only strengthening small cities vigorously the construction, speeding up the urbanized advancement, and reducing the rural population, can we complete the new rural reconstruction the goal and the duty finally.
