摘要
利用大气压射频辉光放电装置所产生的低温等离子体对涤/锦双组分复合纤维进行表面处理,可明显改善前处理效果,对涤/锦双组分复合纤维的裂解开纤,有明显促进作用。
In this study,atmosphric low-temperature plasma has been used to treat the fabric of PET/PS bicornponent fiber,some remarkable changements have happened on the surface of the PET/PS bicomponent fiber These changes is useful to seper atement of the bicomponent fiber,(The photoes of SEM give the detail)and the moisture absorption of the bicomponent fiber(PET/PS)increases.After treating of atmosphric Low-temperature plasma the characters of PET/PS bicomponent fiber have a great change the fiber is easy to be separate,the lustre of the fiber is soft,and so on.It is said that the treatment of at- mosphric Low-temperature plasma may be a better way of Pretreatment step of PET/PS bicomponent fiber.
