耦合效率对光纤光栅外腔半导体激光器输出功率特性的影响

Influence of the Output Power Characteristics of Fiber Grating External Cavity Semiconductor Lasers on the Cupling Eficiency

摘要 采用射线法,导出了光纤光栅外腔半导体激光器(FGESL)输出功率的表达式,结合载流子速率方程,对外腔半导体激光器的P-I特性进行研究.结果表明:随着耦合效率的增大,输出功率整体上呈现上升的趋势,在上升过程中出现的抖动越来越小. based on the ray tracing method, the expression of the output power of the fiber grating external cavity semiconductor lasers (FGESL) has been deduced. As a result, the P - I characteristic of FGESL have been investigated. The resuls show that with the increase of the coupling efficiency, the output power tend to increase on the whole, and become more flattend.
