摘要
在稀土-偶氮氯膦Ⅲ体系中,用回归正交法设计实验计划,测定多波长下的吸光度。借助微机得到如下形式的回归方程: A(λ)=b_o(λ)+sum from i=1 to N[b_i(λ)·X_i]+sum from j>i=1 to N [b_(ij)(λ)·X_i·X_j] 把样品的吸光度A(λ)代入,就可求得混合稀土中组分含量。本法所得结果的相对标准误差<6%,回收率为95—105%。F检验指出,在α=0.01的水平上方程显著。这说明本文提出的方法准确可靠。
in the RE-chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ system using multiwavelength spectrophotometry with regressive-orthogonal design a regressive equation is obtained.The relative standard deviation obtained with this equation is<6%,and percentage recovery is 95—105%. The F-test shows that the regressive equation holds effective at a of 0.01 level.
