摘要
通过文献资料等研究方法对乒乓球训练的特点和应处理好的关系进行了研究。特点包括:1)专项技术要求高;2)技术发展迅猛;3)技术多样要求训练的综合。教练员在日常训练中要处理好以下几大关系:数量与质量的关系、步法与手法的关系、特长技术与技术全面的关系、定点与不定点的关系、多球与单球训练的关系。
