摘要
介绍了以含氢硅油为疏水剂,丙烯酸乳液为成膜物,OP-10、吐温-80和司盘-80为乳化体系的石膏砌块耐水剂的制备工艺,研究了含氢硅油体系的HLB值与耐水剂稳定性的关系、乳化含氢硅油和丙烯酸乳液掺加量对石膏砌块软化系数及强度的影响,以及促凝剂品种和掺加量与石膏凝结时间的关系。
In this paper, given an introduction is to a kind of technique of making the gypsum waterproof blocks using hydrosilicon oil as hydrophobie agent, acrylic acid emulsion as film former, and OP -10, Tween -80 and Span -80 as emulsification system and studied is the relation between the HLB value of hydrosilicon oil and the stability of waterproof agent, effect of the addition of emulsified hydrosihcon oil and acrylic acid emulsion on the softening coefficient and strength of the gypsum blocks, and the relation between the brands and additions of the setting accelerator and the setting time.
