摘要
针对大尺寸深孔盲孔加工特点,分析了刀具设计要点。采取相应的控制措施,实现了难加工材料深孔盲孔的高效加工。实践证明,设计刀具在加工过程中切削顺畅稳定,该加工方法具有一定的通用性。
Directed toward the processing characteristic of Large-scale and deep blind hole ,the paper analyzed the gist of tooling layout,took corresponding control mode ,and made efficient process of the deep and blind hole of difficult-to-machine material come true. Experience indicated that the designed tool worked stable and moved freely during the course of working. The processing method has versatility.
