摘要
首先对振动强化抛光装置的结构进行了介绍,建立了初始结构的有限元模型,得到了各阶频率和振型,并对初始结构进行了谐响应分析。谐响应分析发现响应幅值较小,无法满足加工要求。在此基础上,对初始结构进行了修改和优化,改进前后的谐响应分析对比表明:改进后的幅值有大幅度提高。
At first, the principle of the strengthing and polishing vibrating equipment is introuceed, finite element modal for primary structure is established,frequency and vibrating shape for each order is obtained,and harmonic response analysis is done ,amplitude is small in harmonic response analysis ,can't meet with machining require. Based on it,primary structure is revised,harmonic response analysis shows:amplitude has great enhanced for revised structure.
