摘要
校园本该是一方净土,文明的殿堂。然而,近年来,校园暴力事件时有发生,给宁静的校园蒙上了一层阴影。校园暴力事件愈演愈烈,令人震惊。本文拟从大学生暴力犯罪的现状入手,解读校园频发暴力事件的各方面的原因,并从刑法和社会学的角度提出相应的预防和救济措施。
A campus should be one of the pure and civihzed land. However, in recent years, the school violent incidents have occurred frequently and cast a shadow over the quiet campus. People are shocked at the number and the intensity of the violent crimes. This essay will start from the current situation of students＇ violent crime, analyze the causes of frequent violent crimes and put forward to some prevention and relief measures from criminal law and sociology aspects.
