摘要
目的:探讨国产房间隔封堵器介入治疗房间隔缺损的疗效及安全性。方法:22例房间隔缺损患者,在经胸超声心动图的指引下,应用国产房间隔封堵器行介入治疗。通过临床症状观察及超声心动图、心电图、胸片等检查评价疗效及安全性。结果:22例封堵治疗成功21例,成功率95.45%。术后近期及中远期随访症状缓解,封堵器位置稳定,房间隔水平无分流,无并发症发生。结论:国产房间隔封堵器介入治疗房间隔缺损安全有效。
Objective： To evaluate the effect and safety of transcatherter occlusion of atrial septal defect （ASD） with the China- made atrial septal occluder. Methods： A total of 22 patients with ASD were treated by transcatherter occlusion with China - made occlusion device under the guidance of transthoracic echocardiography. The therapeutic efficacy and safety were evaluated by observation of clinical manifestation, echocardiography, electrocardiogram and X - ray examination. Results： Transcatherter occlusion with China - made occluder was performed successfully in 95.45% （21/22） patients. The clinical manifestation improved after the procedure. The displacement of the oceluder, residual shunt and complications were not observed during the follow - up period after operation. Conclusion： Transcatheter closure with China - made occluder is a safe and effective technique in the treatment of ASD.
