摘要
从化工工程项目的特点及其管理模式的选择出发,探讨了化工工程项目采用EPC发包管理模式的优势和存在的障碍,进而提出了化工工程项目EPC发包管理模式的完善化方案。
This paper starts from features of chemical engineering projects and how to choose corresponding management pattern, and discusses the advantages and existing shortages of EPC-contracted management pattern on chemical engineering projects, then proposals are made to perfecting this EPC-contracted management pattern.
