摘要
在云南省亚热带湿热地区为了探讨微量元素铜、锌和锰施用对引进优良豆科牧草距瓣豆生长的影响,开展铜、锌和锰的不同施量对距瓣豆干物质产量、种子产量影响的单因子完全随机区组试验。结果表明,施用铜1.2~2.4kg/hm^2和锰3.9kg/hm^2的处理比对照距瓣豆干物质产量分别提高58.4%~88.4%和48.1%(P〈0.05),种子产量分别提高295.5%~272.7%和80.4%(P〈0.01);施铜还可提高距瓣豆氮、钙、硫、铜、锌和锰含量,显著增加单位面积距瓣豆对氮的需求量(P〈0.01),其次是磷、钾、钙、硫、铜、镁、锌和锰的营养需求量(P〈0.05);施适量锰可增加距瓣豆的钙、锌和锰含量,显著增加单位面积距瓣豆的钙和锌产量(P〈0.01),其次是氮、磷、钾、镁、铜和锰的产量(P〈0.05)。施用锌虽然对距瓣豆干物质产量和种子产量提高没有显著效果;但是可以提高距瓣豆的钙、锌和锰含量,显著提高单位面积距瓣豆的锌产量(P〈0.01),其次是氮、钾和锰的产量(P〉0.05),显著的降低距瓣豆对钙(P〈0.01)和磷(P〈0.05)的吸收量。综合分析,在施磷肥和其他元素肥的基础上,加施铜1.2kg/hm^2或锰3.9kg/hm^2,可获得高产、收益好的距瓣豆优质饲草,同时满足饲养牲畜生产的营养需要。
The effects of application of copper (Cu), zinc (Zn) and manganese (Mn) fertilizers on the yields of dry matter and seed production of an excellent legume (Centroserna pubescens) were investigated in humid subtropical areas of Yunnan province using a factorial experiment with completely randomized design consisting of three factors (Cu, Zn and Mn), four levels of each factor and three replications of C. pubescens. C. pubescens grown with applications of 1.2-2.4 kg Cu/hm^2 and 3.9 kg Mn/hm^2 produced 1 596-1 897 kg/hm^2 and 2 a07 kg/hm^2 of dry matter yields(P〈0.05) respectively and 41.0-43.3 kg/hm^2 and 59 kg/hm^2 of seed (P〈0.01). These yields were higher than those of the controls (no Cu or Mn fertilizer). Growth of C. pubescens following application of copper fertilizer increased the contents of N, Ca, S, Cu, Zn and Mn, significantly increased, primarily N yield (P〈0.01) and secondly P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Cu, Zn and Mn (P〈0.05). The contents of Ca, Zn and Mn of C. pubescens increased with proper applications of manganese fertilizer, and nutrient requirements of C. pubscens per hectare were markedly increased at the yields of Ca and Zn (P〈0.01), and also added the yields of K, P, N, Mg, Cu and Mn (P〈0.05). Although the yields of dry matter and seeds of C. pubescens grown with zinc fertilizer were not improved, and increased the contents of Ca, Zn and Mn of C. pubescens, significantly increased Zn yield (P〈0.01), secondly added the yields of N, K and Mn(P〈0.05), and markedly reduced the yields of Ca (P〈0.01) and P(P〈0.05) of C. pubescens grown per hectare. Integrated analysis, based on the application of phosphorus and other element fertilizers, showed the growth of C. pubescens with application of 1.2 kg Cu/hm^2 or 3.9 kg Mn/hm^2 could attain high yields of quality forage with significant economic benefit, which supplied enough nutrient requirements for livestock production.
