不同生态条件下繁殖的HPGMR种子及其后代育性变化的研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON THE FERTILITY CHANGE OF HPGMR FROM SEEDS PROPAGATED UNDER DIFFERENT ECOLOGICAL CONDITIONS

摘要 4个晚粳型光敏核不育(品)系,分别在武汉地区早季播种获得的再生种子、武汉地区晚季播种繁殖的种子和在海南省陵水春繁的种子。它们同在武汉地区早季播种,其不育株率都达100%,套袋自交不实率和花粉不育度均在99.5%以上,其不育性稳定;同在武汉地区晚季播种或同在海南省陵水春繁,其可育株率都达100%,自然结实率均在30%以上,明显转向了可育。据此比较了三种生态条件下,繁育光敏核不育系种子利弊之处。 Seeds of 4 late, japonica lines of Hubei photoperiod sencitive genic male-sterilerice (HPGMR) were propagated by regenerated seeds of the plants growing in earlygrowth season in Wuhan, by plants growing in late season in Wuhan and by plantsgrowing in winter-spring in lingshui county Hainan province, respectively. When thepropagated seeds were sowed on the same day in early season in Wuhan, the plants ofthe 4 HPGMR from different origins were sterile, with rates of sterile plants reachedto 1OO% and average seed sterility by bagging and pollen sterility above 99.5%, resp-ectively. When sowed in late season in Wuhan or grown in winter-spring in Lingshui,the plants turned to fertile apparently, with rates of fertile plants reached to 100%and average rates of natural seed setting above 30%, respectively. Both advantages anddisadvantages of the seed propagations of HPGMR under 3 types of ecological conditionswere discussed.
