摘要
在文献资料分析的基础上,结合实践,认为健身排舞作为一种新型的体闲运动形式,其基本特征包括音乐题材丰富,动作元素多元,舞步与音乐风格高度统一,形式适应性广、局限少。同时分析了其健身、健心、社会、美学和娱乐价值。
On the basis of literature data analysis, the paper thinks that the basic features of Linedance include the high degree of dances and music , the richness of the theme music, less restrictive form and widely adaptability. As a new form of leisure sports, with the development, Linedance＇s heart- fitness value , social value, aesthetic value and entertainment value have been deeply reflected.
