摘要
长北气田原料天然气中由于CO2和Cl-联合作用,腐蚀性强。经腐蚀实验和技术经济对比,设备材质创新地采用316L不锈钢复合钢板。通过腐蚀评价和硬度检测等实验,有效解决316L复合钢板设备热处理等技术难题,确保长北气田在CO2和Cl-联合工况下复合钢板设备运用的安全可靠性。
Raw natural gas from Changbei Gas Field contains CO2 and Cl-,which has very strong corrosive.Through corrosion experiment and technical and economical contrast,316L stainless clad steel plate was selected for pressure vessel,which has very strong anticorrosive performance.Usage of 316L stainless clad steel plate resolves effectively technologic problems of equipment heat treatment and ensures that equipment operates properly and reliably in CO2 and Cl-working conditions of Changbei Gas Field.
