PET-CT图像融合在食管癌分期及适形放疗中的应用

Application of PET- CT image fusion in the staging and conformal radiotherapy of esophageal cancer

摘要 图像融合技术已广泛地应用于食管癌三维适形放疗计划的制定,特别是以正电子发射断层扫描(PET)为代表的功能性影像与计算机体层摄影(CT)的融合日益受到重视。应用PET-CT图像融合制定放疗计划既可以发挥PET在食管癌诊断、分期方面的优势,又可以发挥ET显示解剖结构方面的优势,使靶区勾画的准确性提高,同时正常组织和危险器官又能得到更为有效的保护。 Image fusion technology has been widely applied in three dimensional conformal radiothera- py planning information in esophageal cancer, especially the fusion of anatomical and metabolic information of PET image and CT image attracts more and more attention. PET-CT image fusion formulation radiotherapy planning display the superiorities of PET can not only in diagnose and stages of esophageal cancer, but also display the superionties of CT in demonstrating anatomical structure, then increase the accuracy in the target area outlines, and protect effectively the normal tissue and the organs at risk .
