摘要
对生物技术专业的基因与细胞工程大实验的教学体系进行了改革.构建了新的教学体系,改验证性实验为探索性实验,学生选择实验材料设计实验.实践表明,基因与细胞工程大实验课程的改革有效地提高了实验教学质量,培养了学生的实验能力和创新能力.
The gene and cell engineering practical teaching system of biotecbnology specialty was researched and reformed and the new teaching system have been reconstructed, as well as the confirmation experiments were turned to the exploring experiments. The students will be allowed to choose the experimental material and design the experiment factors. These innovations effectively improved the quality of genetic engineering experiment teaching and provided students with a effective practice training platform of cultivating practical ability and innovation ability.
