The effect of recombinant human growth hormone in severe burned patients

摘要 目的:探讨生长激素对成人烧伤创面愈合时间、住院天数,用药前后白蛋白、BUN的变化,用药前后免疫蛋白含量变化。方法:选择2006年1月~2008年2月间30例严重烧伤患者为研究对象,并随机分为重组人生长激素组(rHGHgroup)和对照组(controlgroup),动态监测创面愈合时间、住院天数、蛋白、BUN、体重、免疫蛋白多项实验室指标。结果:创面愈合时间,住院天数,蛋白质的合成,提高烧伤后机体免疫力等rHGH组均优于对照组。结论:使用rHGH有助于改善全身状况,促进创面愈合,减少并发症。 Objective:To determine the wound healing effect of rHGH in serious burned patients. Methods:30 patients from Jan 2006 to Feb 2008 with burn wounds were enrolled in this placebo controlled prospective study. Protein catabolism,immuncompetence, healing time of burn wounds, the length of hospital stay and donor sites were assayed. Results:The healing time of autologous skin pulp grafting and donor site,and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter in G H group patients than control group. Conclusions:rHGH could enhance the wound healing rate,improve protein anabolism, and reduce the length of hospital stay of severe burned patients.
